I have been going to Richard’s TRX class for 5 months now. I have tried loads of Fitness classes , bootcamps, gyms, spin classes, the lot!! I’ve never enjoyed something more OR more importantly seen better results since starting TRX. The class flies because every class is different but still working on all areas of your body. I’ve seen results physically and my strength and flexibility has greatly improved. Richard is brilliant at what he does and runs the classes professionally , enthusiastically and keeps you so motivated. I would highly recommend Anyone to join.

Well the 28 day challenge is finished and I want to say I loved it. I exercised more than ever and became aware of what I was eating. I have a lot more energy and much fitter. A big big thank you to Richard for all the hard training sessions and the support in pushing the group to better themselves. Also a big thank you to Edel for all the food advice and being available nearly 24/7 when people had any food queries. If anyone wants to improve their fitness and gain healthy eating habits in a serious but fun way I would recommend Strongbodies 100%. Bring on the next lot of classes to keep up the fitness. I really enjoyed the TRX and Bulgarian Bag fitness classes. Richard has explained to me how to loose weight using the latest diet methods. The fitness classes are unique, fun and i look forward to training session now. The guys are great and i would recommend them to anyone.
