The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. HIIT Circuits focus on maintaining intensity. Once the circuit is shown to everyone by the instructor at the beginning of the class you will work for the rest of the class.
The class is split into body parts and training zones so that as one system recovers another system is being targets. I.E upper body strength exercise followed by a lower body strength exercises followed by aerobic exercise followed by core or stability routine. This design to the class is then repeated with no resting for the 40 mins.
The class is tough and fun as there is loads of variety and you are constantly moving meaning that the time fly’s by.
This class is dedicated to pushing your body to the next level. We use a few of our favourite methods during these sessions including, a “Rep Challenge”, Tabata, Rich’s ever popular “3 Minute Rounds” or our personal favourite Deck of Card class. The sessions are fun but tough. The goal during these session is to increase lean muscle tissue. Therefore lifting of weights is a necessity to get that toned body we all look for. Rest is not an option during these session and members really push themselves to get the most out of there workout.
This is a therefore is strength training class and at the end there is a mix of cardio drills to use up that last remain energy and get into the zone of fat burning.
