How to Book Sessions

Welcome to Strongbodies, in order to train with us you will need to create your own personal and completely private account. Simply follow the step by step guide below to create your own account.

Having your own account is fantastic as it allows you to select what days  and times you wish to train. You have the option to choose to select your days and sessions times to reoccur for the month allowing you to have peace of mind that you are booked into your favourite class.

However if you like to be more hands on and are not sure what your plans are from day to day you can book your classes with the click of a button to suit your timetable. Likewise if you end up not being able to make the session rather than being charged for a class you didn’t go to you can register out of the class with the click of a button.

We encourage all of our member to download the “Mindbody Connect” App (its free and available on android and apple devices) and key in under the business name “strongbodies” . All of our services will then pop up for easy mobile use.

Steps to registering:

1- Select “My Account” on the strongbodies home page

2- Create a username and password

3-Fill in the personal registration details.

Thats it.

4-There is a list of options in the tabs (Classes, My Info, Online Store)select “Classes”

5- The weekly schedule will pop up and simple select which class you wish to go to.

6-You can make a single reservation (Select “REGISTER AS UNPAID”) or a reoccurring booking. This allow you the flexibility to book all your classes if you like to plan ahead.
