Richard has been in the health and well-being industry for over 10 years. He has worked in a variety of areas including corporate environment, team development, large high-end gyms to Sport specific team training. He originally set up and developed Powerhouse Fitness before leaving and setting up Strongbodies.

Richard is goal orientated and a people person. He has a BSc in Strength and Conditioning and BSc in Business & Marketing. He loves running Strongbodies which focuses on helping people become the Strongest version of themselves by incorporating Yoga, Pilates, and Strength training into people daily lives. Recently Richard has progressed into a consulting role with Athletes developing plans focusing on their nutrition, psychology and detailed training plans with their chosen sport.

I am a results orientated strength coach, dedicated to improving fitness, weight loss,stamina, strength and all over well being to all my clients.
I have a passion of training with the kettlebells and have represented Ireland in the sport of Kettlebells. I love creating a fun but hard work atmosphere in my classes and will use my high level of experience in Strength & Conditioning to ensure members remain goal driven and happy.

Mark is a Strength and Conditioning coach and Pilates instructor. Previously having worked with international rugby teams, GAA county teams, Paralympic athletes and non performance clients who are trying to be a better version of themselves, he will strive to push you on in achieving your goals.
